Typha angustifolia L. >> Typha ×glauca Godr.Annotated by Galen Smith, 11 Sep 1997. Remarks: Intermediate between T. angustifolia and hybrid but not F1. Stigmas (mostly broken off) linear, medium brown. Bracts medium brown, variably linear-lanceolate acuminate to some thinly blunt or laciniate. Carpodia slightly exceeded by hairs, truncate. Growing from water's edge to about 1 meter deep, forming a monoculture with Nymphaea ordorota, Fontinalis antipyretica, and Elodea canadensis on the borders. Phenology: Fertile.
