Among Cornus stolonifera and Rubus armeniacus alongside a tall cedar hedge along fence of lumber yard, above a Typha ditch with Oenanthe sarmentosa. Arching evergreen shrub 1.5 m tall; disseminated by birds; single young plant with no fruit or flower buds.
