Poa suksdorfii, Epilobium hormanii, Poa cusickii, Phleum alpinum, Castilleja chromosa, Lupinus sp.. Landform/soils No Name Lake occupies a glacially-scoured basin on the slopes of Broken Top (an extinct stratovolcano) below the Bend Glacier. There is little to no soil development here, as the ice only recently retreated, leaving only ground-up chunks of mafic lavas behind. Some windblown fines and litter from sparse vegetation are the only soil-like material present. Extremely harsh growing environment.; Antherwell-developed, 1 mm.
