Top of cut bank; hot, dry, west-facing slope at side of gravel road; surrounding forest has Pseudotsuga menziesii-Calocedrus decurrens- Thuja plicata/ Chrysolepis chrysophylla/ Gaultheria shallon- Berberis nervosa- Xerophyllum tenax plant community.
