Weedy slope between elevated playing fields and Lynn Creek; margin of rough road with Sonchus asper, Lapsana communis, Plantago lanceolata, Tussilago farfara, Equisetum arvense. Single plant with central erect stem and few basal ascending stems, flowers closed in late afternoon, fading red-orange; unclear if from a seed mix planting, but seems no evidence of that, just a large variety of weeds and some garden escapes expected in a former landfill such as this.
