In wet muck of a bayou. Assoc. species: Polygonum hydropiperoides and Nuphar polysepalum. Stems 1-1.5 m. high; flowers yellow. From a sprout dumped from a fish bowl 15 years ago; now extensive. Phenology: Flowers.
