Oregon: Yamhill County: Northeast side of Cozine Creek, near Peavine Road, 2.5 air miles west-southwest of McMinnville. Elev. 262 ft.

Moist ground, shand of Fraxinus latifolia. Petals white, oblanceolate-oblong, fade to purplish base; petals 30-63 millimeters long fresh, 30-57 x 8-16 millimeters wide when dry; scapes 13-25 cenimeters; flowers without odor; bracts 3-5 veined, (most 5); syle and filament base purple. Phenology: Flowers.
