Oregon: Multnomah County: Burlington Bottoms Preserve; East of Rte 30 approx. 1,200' south of the South Boundary access rd.; approx. 1,000' west of rte. 30 and Railroad ROW. Elev. 5 ft.
Open water wetland site almost completely invaded by Phalaris arudinacea; site has a few Typha latifolia; surrounded by Salix spp. and Fraxinus latifolia. Two plants found; spikes robust but largely sterile; spikes deep golden color; scales very much reduced (much smaller than perigynium). Phenology: Fertile.
