Gravelly margin of roadside pullover with Bromus inermis, Elymus repens. Native to eastern North America and cultivated; petals white; sepals 2.5 mm; plant continued to grow more than 4 months after pressing; appears spontaneous and not from dumped soil or root; perhaps originating from seed or root in gravel highway fill.
