Bank of irrigation ditch, full sun, with Salsola, Amaranthus, cynodon, among apple and cherry orchards. Large sprawling colony spread from cultivation in adjacent yard, 1-2 meters tall; leaves evergreen, shiny above, (1)2(3) seeds per fruit; aril orange; capsule creamy-green to yellow-green; fruit ovate, 7.3-11 x 6.5-10.6 millimeters wide. Phenology: Fruits.
