In sidewalk cracks, dry compacted open ground, full sun, with Aphanes australis, Cardamine hirsuta, Poa annua, Stellaria media. Occasional annual, petals less than 0.5 millimeters long; the 4 sepals erect in fruit; 5 styles; seed 0.3-0.35 millimeters. Phenology: Fruits.
