Shrubby lakeshore, at water's edge, with Cornus occidentalis, Salix prolixa, Salix bebbiana, Populus trichocarpa. Tangled twining plant; flower buds white with pink tinge, mature flowers drying creamy yellow; three patches total noted in the vicinity along the lakeshore; one climbing 6 m high.

Lakeshore, below track below clay-silt cliffs, with Toxicodendron rydbergii, Rosa woodsii, Apocynum cannabium. Old twisted shrubby vine with arching glandular hairy shoots and fruiting ends with connate leaves forming circular discs with sessile orange juicy fruit.
