In hard caliche. With Poa secunda, Chaenactis douglasii, Eriogonum microthedcum, Bromus tectorum, Salvia dorrii, Astragalus caricinus, Atriplex nuttullii var. falcata. Aspect: 225 degrees, slope 10%. Second bloom and second rosette of the year; the first rosette leaves broken off. Leaf tissue removed by Maria Yousoufian at WTU, 4/21/15, for DNA analysis by Dave Tank at University of Idaho. Phenology: Flowers & Fruits.
