Rocky sagebrush knoll with Schoenocrambe linifolia, Medicago sativa, Artemisia frigida, Lomatium macrocarpum. 10 x 10 m patch of 400 plants; petals bright yellow; growing in masses visible on hillsides and swales up to several km away.
