Obviously planted nearby, now spreading and slightly weedy in mowed lawn, partial shade, with mosses, Acer platanoides. Bulb-based, leaves green, 7-12 millimeters wide, tips prow-like and acuminate, 3-10 secund flowers per stem, flowers white with blue veins, 15-26 millimeters diameter, anthers yellow. Phenology: Flowers.
