Artemisia frigida, Calamagrostis purpurascens, Elymus trachycaulus, Arctostaphylos uva-ursi, and Nestotus macleanii. At edge of dry Picea glauca, Populus tremuloides, found growing in horse scat. Area heavily grazed. Possibly introduced. Seeds smooth 1-1.1 mm. Leaves farinose, 1-veined, succulent, all linear, no lobes found. Originally identified as Chenopodium leptophyllum by B.A. Bennett December 2013. Seeds donated to Andrew Maxwell Phineas Jones, Assistant Professor, Gosling Research Institute for Plant Preservation, Department of Plant Agriculture. University of Guelph. In fruit. 2 duplicates (UBC; MMMN; DAO).
