Mature PSME-riparian mixed conifer forest on lower half of plot. Large PSME become fewer with distance from stream, but tree composition similar throughout. Upper half of plot contain many young trees and early successional lichens (Parmelia, shrubby Usnea, Hypphy, Hyptub), and lower half of plot has large PSME that support diverse old-growth associated lichens (Alesar, Bryoria, Letharia, and large colonies of Plagla on uphill facing sides of tree trunks. Very diverse lichen community, including cyanolichens and Ramalina; very high cover of Hypphy and Bryoria on plot. Slope 40%. Aspect 290°. Abundance code: 1. Substrate: ACGL br.
