Plot center lies almost on WIlliamson Crk among mostly widely spaced Alnus rubra with occasional Thuja plicta and Picea sitchensis. The Alnus rubra is mature with young Picea sitchensis and Thuja plicta. The understory is composed of mostly Potentilla uniflora, Rubus spectabilis, Rubus leucodermis, with patches of skunk cabbage. Creek runs just S of plot center. Drainage W of plot center. Plot is very moist and wet, covered with moss. Cladonia sp. colonies are very impressive. Peltigera sp., growing on ground. Slope 5%. Aspect 100°. Abundance code: 3. Substrate: ALRU br.
