Late-seral w/ some old growth PSMEs. Many young & sapling PSMEs as well. Gentle slope w/ shallow, small drainage to the NNW & SSE of plot ctr. Forest is a little dark & not a lot of diversity or abundance in herb/gram layer. More floor layer abundance/diversity in draws. Lots of mosquitos! Slope 40%. Aspect 230°. Abundance code: 1; "dry"pod; Lichen diversity extremely high w/ many cyanos & some dry side Letvul. Lichen abundance moderate to high for the following spp: Hypina, Plagla, Sph spp, Hypent, & Hypapi. Found Lobore just outside of plot. Spot Tests: UV-, K+Y, P+O; TLC: barbatic.
