PSME/ABAM dominated, mixed conifer forest w/ large open spaces of rock talus at edge of Warren Lake. One 20' tall Scoulers willow. Lichens similar to Warren Lake 1 but a few new things (Evepru, Ramfar, Usnea, Physconia) on the willow. More older trees - prefire PSME remnants - and more young trees w/ few to no lichens. Plagla & Hypogymnia along lake in worst condition. Alesar & Bryoria very sparse compared to forest along trail to lake. The further from the lake the better the condition of the lichens. Collected lichens in boulder talus - many of these also looked sick. Slope 35%. Aspect 240°. Abundance code: 0. Spot Tests: K-, P+O.
