On bark of a Cedar tree just above road, Habitat: coniferous forest with Hemlock, Doug Fir, Sword-fern and Cedar. Substrate: bark Cedar tree. Apothecia 0.6 millimeter, stalk and head reddish brown, spores weak 1 septate 6 to 8. Parasite on Chaenotheca chrysocephala. See EB # L5045 and L5045A same collection. K+green stalk and head. Substrate: parasitic. Phenology: apothecia.
