Coniferous forest. Substrate: bare wood snag. Spores 8, hyaline, 5-6 x 3-4 micrometers; ascus 26 micrometers. Also: A- Stenocybe major, B- ochrolechia, C- Diplotomma perichrum, D- Micarea prasina. C-, K-, KC-. Substrate: lignicolous.
