On L. laxa apothecia are apothecia of Arthonia caerulescens (epithecium blackish-olive, K+more olive; spores hyaline, 1-septate, 1 cell wider, the other longer, 6 ave. 11.2x3.8 microns; hypothecium reddish-brown, K+olive-black)
