With Nephroma parile. Substrate: moss over bark. Spores hyaline, 1-3 septate, 4/ascus. Epithecia pale gold; hypothecia hyaline; paraphyses thin, anastomosing. Paraphyses show up better with K test. Substrate: muscicolous.
