Understory poorly developed. 40% of plot open perimeter of gravel pit with few ALRU (to 1"DBH). Slope: 7 degrees. Aspect: 237 degrees. Partially shaded silt.¶Gametophyte material removed by Ryan Thummel, Fall of 2013, for study of phytolith content. Substrate: terricolous.
