Growing in mats on mud and sand with Gracilaria sjoestedtii and Lola lubrica. Salinity range from 6.3% to 19.4%. Collected at 12:50 P.M., low tide at 11:56 A.M. The plants small and immature at all seasons. Substrate: mud and sand.
